Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shrimp

In a large skillet or hibachi grill, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry the Chicken

In the same skillet, add the marinated chicken pieces. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

  4. 4

    Add the Vegetables

Add the hibachi vegetables to the skillet with the chicken and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the chicken and vegetable mix over cooked rice. Add the cooked shrimp on the side. Serve with soup or salad as desired.
