Hibachi Dinner Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Hibachi Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or hibachi grill over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque, then remove from skillet and set aside.

  4. 4

    Sauté the Vegetables

Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet. Add the zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Add the green onions and sauté for an additional minute.

  5. 5

    Fry the Rice and Eggs

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, then add the cooked rice. Mix everything together and pour the hibachi sauce over the rice and veggies. Stir well to combine.

  6. 6

    Serve

Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the fried rice and vegetables. Add the cooked shrimp on the side. Enjoy your Hibachi Dinner!
