Fresh Fruit Selection

Method

Preparation Steps

1

Wash the Berries

Rinse the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

Prepare the Kiwi

Peel the kiwis with a knife. Cut each kiwi into slices or cubes, as preferred.

3

Dice the Mango

Peel the mango and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into cubes.

4

Slice the Banana

Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds.

5

Cut the Pineapple

If using a fresh pineapple, cut off the top and bottom, peel the skin, and remove the core. Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces.

6

Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, mango, banana, and pineapple.

7

Toss the Fruit

Gently toss the fruit together to mix the flavors without bruising the delicate berries.

8

Serve Immediately

Transfer the mixed fruit to a serving platter or individual bowls and serve fresh.
