Prepare the Binkies Mix
In a small bowl, combine the Binkies Mix, unsalted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well blended.

Heat the Water
In a small saucepan, heat the water until it is hot but not boiling.

Combine Ingredients
In a heat-resistant mug, add the gold rum and the prepared Binkies Mix. Pour the hot water into the mug and stir until the butter and sugar have melted and the mixture is well combined.
