Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes, and chop the onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Rice

In a pot, cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  4. 4

    Add Potatoes

Add the chopped potatoes to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix the sautéed potatoes, cooked rice, and drained canned tuna. Stir in chopped parsley for added flavor.

  6. 6

    Roast in the Oven

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.

  7. 7

    Serve and Enjoy

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
