Boil Water

In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Add Tea

Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add the loose leaf tea or tea bags.

Steep Tea

Allow the tea to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Strain Tea

If using loose leaf tea, strain the mixture into a carafe. If using tea bags, simply remove them.

Sweeten and Garnish

Add honey or sugar to taste and garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.

Serve

Serve hot in individual cups.
