Method

Brownie Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2

Melt Butter

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated and brown sugar until well combined.

3

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5

Mix Together

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6

Bake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7

Cool

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.

Whipped Cream Preparation

8

Prepare Coconut Whipped Cream

In a mixing bowl, beat the coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy and well combined.

Serving

9

Serve Brownies

Serve the brownies warm with a dollop of cherry preserves and a generous serving of coconut whipped cream on top.
