Method

Pork Preparation

1

Prepare the Rub

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the pork ribeye.

2

Cook the Pork

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork ribeye for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Brush with jalapeno lime honey glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

Sweet Potato Fries

3

Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika. Spread them out on a baking sheet.

4

Bake the Fries

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Salad Preparation

5

Make the Salad

In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, arugula, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Maple Mustard Aioli

6

Mix the Aioli

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until smooth.
