Main Ingredients

Method

Prepare Sriracha Aioli

  1. 1

    Mix the Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined. Set aside.

Prepare Waffle Fries

  1. 2

    Cook the Fries

Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the package of the frozen waffle fries. Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake according to package instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crispy.

Assemble and Cook the Turkey Melt

  1. 3

    Layer the Ingredients

While the fries are baking, slice the tomato and prepare the lettuce. Place the sliced turkey on the bottom half of each wheat bun. Add a layer of Havarti cheese on top of the turkey.

  2. 4

    Melt the Cheese

Place the assembled buns (with turkey and cheese) under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.

  3. 5

    Finish the Melt

Once the cheese is melted, remove the buns from the oven. Spread a generous amount of sriracha aioli on the top half of each bun, then add lettuce and tomato slices. Close the sandwich.
