Method

Preparation of Dip

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the dip.

  2. 2

    Sauté Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  4. 4

    Add Artichokes and Spinach

Roughly chop the canned artichoke hearts and fold them into the cheese mixture along with the sautéed spinach. Make sure all ingredients are evenly mixed.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

  6. 6

    Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve with Tortilla Chips

Once the dip is out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
