Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patty

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Form the ground beef into a small patty and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.

  2. 2

    Add Cheese

Flip the patty and place the slice of American cheese on top. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patty is cooked through.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half. Toast the bun lightly on a separate skillet or in a toaster if desired.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Layer lettuce, the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the frozen waffle fries package instructions. Spread the frozen waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

Drizzle the olive oil over the fries and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
