Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Slice the Ribeye

Season the ribeye steak generously with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. 2

    Caramelize the Onions

Slice the onion thinly. In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of oil and the sliced onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.

  3. 3

    Prepare Waffle Fries

Prepare the waffle fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying them until crispy.

Cooking the Ribeye

  1. 4

    Cook the Steak

Heat a grill or skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the ribeye and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Assembling the Sliders

  1. 5

    Build the Sliders

Slice the brioche buns in half. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half, followed by a layer of sliced ribeye, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a generous helping of caramelized onions. Top with a dollop of garlic aioli before placing the top half of the bun on.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Sliders

Serve the sliders hot with a side of crispy waffle fries. Enjoy your delicious ribeye sliders!
