Select Your Poultry
Choose your desired poultry types for display. A whole chicken, chicken breasts, turkey thighs, and a duck breast can create a beautiful and varied presentation.

Clean the Poultry
Rinse each piece of poultry under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Marinate the Poultry
Place the cleaned poultry pieces in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the poultry, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Cutting Board
Select a large wooden cutting board to display your poultry. A rustic board enhances the visual appeal.

Arrange the Poultry
Once marinated, remove the poultry from the fridge. Arrange the whole chicken in the center of the cutting board, with chicken breasts and turkey thighs flanking it. Place the duck breast on one side for an attractive presentation.
