Season the Chicken
Rub the blackening seasoning all over the chicken breasts evenly.
- 2

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
- 3
Melt the Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- 4
Add Cream and Garlic
Once the butter is melted, add the heavy cream and minced garlic. Stir and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 5
Add Cheese and Seasoning
Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat.
Cook the Pasta
- 6
Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of salted water to a boil.
- 7
Cook Linguine
Add the linguine to the boiling water and cook according to package directions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.
- 8
Drain and Combine
Once cooked, drain the linguine and add it to the Alfredo sauce. Toss to combine thoroughly.
