Season and Cook Chicken
Sprinkle the blackening seasoning evenly over both sides of each chicken breast. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a splash of olive oil. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and have a blackened crust. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of jack cheese on each chicken breast to melt.

Prepare the Buns
Lightly toast the brioche buns in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Spread a generous amount of sriracha aioli on both halves of each toasted brioche bun. On the bottom half, layer the lettuce, then add the blackened chicken breast topped with melted jack cheese, followed by crispy bacon and caramelized onions. Place a slice of tomato on top and cover with the top half of the bun.

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the waffle fries. Toss the frozen fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to the package instructions until crispy and golden.
