Main Ingredients

Sriracha Aioli Ingredients

Method

Sriracha Aioli Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust the sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.

Turkey Melt Assembly

  1. 2

    Prepare the Waffle Fries

Cook the waffle fries according to package instructions until crispy. Set aside and keep warm.

  2. 3

    Assemble the Turkey Melt

In a skillet over medium heat, add the sliced turkey and heat for about 2-3 minutes or until warmed through. Place cheese slices on top of the turkey and cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt for an additional 2 minutes.

  3. 4

    Toast the Buns

While the turkey and cheese are heating, lightly toast the wheat buns on another skillet or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 5

    Build the Sandwich

Spread a generous amount of sriracha aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Layer with lettuce leaves, the turkey and melted cheese, and slices of fresh tomato. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Turkey Melt

Plate the turkey melt alongside a serving of warm waffle fries. Enjoy your delicious warm turkey melt!
