Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This will ensure your dip bakes evenly.

  2. 2

    Prepare Spinach

In a large skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before chopping it coarsely.

  3. 3

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  4. 4

    Add Artichokes and Seasonings

Chop the canned artichoke hearts and add them to the mixing bowl. Then, add the sautéed spinach, grated parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix everything together until well blended.

  5. 5

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

  6. 6

    Bake the Dip

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
