In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and chopped pickled jalapeños. Mix well until fully combined.

Using a small spoon, carefully stuff each jumbo shrimp with the cream cheese mixture. Ensure the shrimp are filled but not overflowing.

Wrap in Bacon
Wrap each stuffed shrimp with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick if necessary.

Make the Sweet Chili Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, fresh lime juice, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Heat over medium heat until the sauce is warm, stirring occasionally.
Grilling

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
