Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Form the Patty

In a mixing bowl, take the ground beef and gently form it into a patty about 4 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center to ensure even cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patty

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on one side until a crust forms. Flip the patty, add the slice of American cheese on top and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the cheese melts and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread the mayonnaise. Layer the lettuce, tomato slice, red onion, pickles, and finally place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top. Cover with the top half of the brioche bun.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Waffle Fries

Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen waffle fries package. Spread the waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

Once the fries are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste.
