Selecting Poultry
Choose a whole chicken, chicken breasts, thighs, turkey breast, and duck breasts. Ensure that they are fresh and of good quality.

Cleaning and Trimming
Rinse the poultry under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Trim any excess fat or skin from the pieces.

Rub the marinade all over the poultry, ensuring even coverage. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for best flavor.

Grilling
Preheat the grill, and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side, and thighs for about 8-10 minutes per side until cooked through.

Baking
Place the marinated poultry in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes for breasts and 35-45 minutes for thighs and whole chicken, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Pan-searing
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the poultry for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
