For the Seared Ahi Tuna

Prepare the Tuna
Pat the ahi tuna steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Let it Rest
Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
For the Sweet Chili Glaze

Mix the Ingredients
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed and heated through.

Simmer
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove from heat and set aside.
For the Sriracha Aioli

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.

Adjust Flavor
Taste and adjust the amount of sriracha to your desired spice level. Set aside.

Drizzle and Serve
