    Rinse the fresh mullet fish under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Ensure all scales are removed.

    Rub the fish inside and out with sea salt and black pepper, ensuring an even coating.

    In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped fresh dill.
