Waffle Fries

Method

Cheeseburger

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the patties reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Buns and Toppings

While the patties are cooking, slice the hamburger buns in half. Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into pieces. Slice the tomato and onion into thin rounds.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Cheeseburgers

On the bottom half of each bun, layer the lettuce, cooked patty with cheese, tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

Waffle Fries

  1. 5

    Cook the Waffle Fries

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the bag of frozen waffle fries. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil. Season with salt to taste.

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Bake the fries according to the package instructions, usually for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.
