Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This will help achieve a good sear.

Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has a dark crust. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
