Chicken Preparation

Season and Cook Chicken
Rub the chicken breasts with blackening seasoning evenly on both sides. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and charred. During the last minute, place the jack cheese slices on top of the chicken to melt.

Cook Bacon
In the same skillet (after removing the chicken), add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

Sriracha Aioli

Make Sriracha Aioli
In a small bowl, combine sriracha and mayonnaise. Mix well until smooth. Adjust the amount of sriracha to your taste preference.
Assembling the Burger

Assemble
Toast the brioche buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, layer with lettuce, the blackened chicken breast with melted cheese, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and tomato slices. Drizzle with sriracha aioli and top with the other half of the bun.

Cook Waffle Fries
Prepare the frozen waffle fries according to the package instructions, usually baking at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Season with salt to taste before serving.
