Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef Patty

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.

  2. 2

    Melt the Cheese

Place the American cheese slice on the beef patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Bun

While the patty is cooking, slice the brioche bun in half and toast it lightly on a separate skillet or toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Top with the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, lettuce leaf, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles. Cap with the top half of the bun.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook the Waffle Fries

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen waffle fries. Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Bake for the recommended time until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
