Meat Preparation

Season and Cook the Ribeye
Rub the ribeye steak with blackening seasoning on both sides. Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Garlic Aioli Preparation

Make Garlic Aioli
Mince the garlic cloves and mix them into the mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and stir until well combined. Set aside.

Assemble the Sliders
Slice the brioche buns in half. Spread dijon mustard and horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with sliced ribeye, a slice of swiss cheese, and caramelized onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

Prepare Waffle Fries
Prepare the waffle fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying until crispy. Serve alongside the sliders.
