Preparation of Salmon

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the salmon is marinating.
Preparation of Mango Salsa

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix gently and set aside to allow flavors to meld.

Grill the Salmon
Remove the salmon from the marinade and grill each fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and opaque.
- 5
Steam the Broccoli
While the salmon is grilling, place the broccoli florets in a pot with 1 cup of water and a pinch of salt. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until tender but still bright green.
Serving

Plate the Dish
Once the salmon is done, place each fillet on a plate. Top with the fresh mango salsa and serve alongside the steamed broccoli.
