Preparation of Mango Salsa

Make the Mango Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well and set aside to allow flavors to meld.
Cooking the Tuna

Prepare the Tuna
Season the ahi tuna steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Sriracha Aioli

Prepare the Sriracha Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and sriracha until well combined. Adjust sriracha to taste for desired spiciness.
Assembly

Assemble the Bowl
In a serving bowl, start with a base of cooked rice, then top with sliced seared tuna, mango salsa, avocado slices, shredded carrots, and shelled edamame.

Drizzle with Aioli
Drizzle the sriracha aioli over the top of the bowl and serve immediately.
