Method

Cooking Eggs & Bacon

  1. 1

    Fry the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon slices. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through. Once done, place them on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In the same skillet with some bacon grease, crack the eggs gently. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny (about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up).

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Slice Vegetables

While the eggs and bacon are cooking, slice the tomato into thick rounds, the red onion into thin slices, and prepare the lettuce and pickles.

Assembling the Sandwich

  1. 4

    Build the Sandwich

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, spread the mayonnaise. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, the crispy bacon, the sunny-side up eggs, the slice of American cheese, red onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Cooking Waffle Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare Waffle Fries

Cook the waffle fries according to package instructions (usually baking or frying until golden and crispy).
