Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Waffle Fries

Method

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bread

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Sandwich

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a preheated skillet. Top with the cheddar cheese slices and then place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.

  3. 3

    Grill the Sandwich

Cook on medium heat for about 2-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the sandwich carefully and grill the other side for another 2-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the sandwich from the skillet, let it cool for a minute, then cut in half and serve warm.

Waffle Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the waffle fries package (usually around 425°F or 220°C).

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the frozen waffle fries evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.

  3. 7

    Cook the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

  4. 8

    Serve

Once cooked, remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve alongside the grilled cheese sandwich.
