Method
Burger Preparation
- 1
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 2
Form the Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and form into patties, slightly larger than the brioche buns.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 4
Add Cheese
During the last minute of cooking, place two slices of American cheese on each patty. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Spread 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing on the bottom half of each brioche bun. Place a cheesy beef patty on each bun, top with four crispy bacon slices, and cover with the top half of the bun.
Waffle Fries Preparation
- 6
Cook the Waffle Fries
Cook the frozen waffle fries according to the package instructions, typically in an oven at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through for even crispiness.
- 7
Season the Fries
Once the fries are golden and crispy, remove them from the oven and season with salt to taste.
