Wrap Ingredients

Method

Wrap Assembly

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

Gather all the wrap ingredients: sliced turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, avocado, tomato, garlic aioli, and tortillas.

  2. 2

    Cook the bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Slice the avocado and tomato

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice it into thin pieces. Then slice the tomato into thin rounds.

  4. 4

    Assemble the wrap

On a large flour tortilla, spread 2 tablespoons of garlic aioli evenly. Layer on the sliced turkey, bacon, swiss cheese, lettuce, avocado slices, and tomato slices.

  5. 5

    Wrap it up

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to encase all the fillings. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 6

    Cook the waffle fries

Prepare the waffle fries according to package instructions. If frying, heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the waffle fries until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes. If baking, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  2. 7

    Serve

Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oil or oven and let them drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste and serve alongside the Cali Wrap.
