For the Chicken Wings
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Make the Breading Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- 3
- 4
Coat the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then dredge in the flour mixture until evenly coated. Set aside on a plate.
- 5
Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 6
Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain on paper towels.
For the Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
