Prepare the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat evenly.
- 2
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
Alfredo Sauce Preparation
- 3
- 4
Add Cream and Cheese
Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer and then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Pasta Cooking

- 6
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked linguine directly to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of reserved pasta water to reach the desired consistency.
