Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.

Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish, pour the marinade over the chicken, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
Cooking the Chicken

Sear the Chicken
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced avocado. Top with the caramelized onions and crispy fried onions.
Making the Dressing

Prepare the Honey-Garlic Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Serving

Serve the Dish
Slice the seared chicken breasts and place them on top of the salad. Drizzle the honey-garlic dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
