Cooking the Burger

Prepare the Patties
Season the Impossible Burger patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Cook the Patties
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and heated through.

Melt the Cheese
Place a slice of white cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking. Cover the skillet to help the cheese melt.
Caramelizing the Onions

Slice the Onions
Thinly slice the onions.

Preparing the Tomatoes

Dice the Tomatoes
Chop the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.

Season the Tomatoes
Add chili powder and Worcestershire sauce to the chopped tomatoes. Mix well to combine.
Assembling the Burger

Prepare the Bun
Toast your preferred burger buns if desired.

Layer Ingredients
On the bottom half of the bun, place a leaf of lettuce, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, a generous portion of caramelized onions, the chili spiced tomatoes, and finish with a tablespoon of Paul’s Signature Wahl Sauce.

Complete the Burger
Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
