Prepare Tater Tots

Bake the Tater Tots
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Toss halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Toss with Parmesan and Truffle Oil

Combine Tots with Seasoning
Once the tater tots are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Immediately add the grated Parmesan cheese, truffle oil, and chopped parsley.

Toss to Coat
Gently toss the tater tots in the bowl until they are fully coated with the Parmesan and truffle oil mixture.
Make Truffle Aioli

Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, truffle oil, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Serve
Transfer the aioli to a serving dish and serve alongside the Parmesan truffle tots.
