Patties Preparation

Season the Beef
In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.

Form Patties
Divide the seasoned beef into two equal portions and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until well mixed.
Assembling the Burger

Prepare the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.

Layer the Ingredients
Spread a generous amount of Wahl Sauce on the bottom bun. Place one cheese-topped patty on the bun, followed by lettuce, tomato slices, onion rings, and pickles. Top with the second patty and finish with the top bun.
