Prepare the Salad Base

Rinse the mixed greens under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and red onion. Toss lightly to mix.
Grill the Chicken

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).
