Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and crushed ice.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 30-45 seconds.
Serving

Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass.
