Prepare the Pasta

    Cook the Pasta

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables

    Sauté the Vegetables

    In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the sliced bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combine Ingredients

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Add Cheese and Basil

    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil over the pasta and vegetables. Toss again until everything is well coated.

Serve

    Plate the Dish

    Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
