Prepare the glass
Take a rocks glass or an Old Fashioned glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.

Measure the ingredients
In a mixing glass, measure out 1 cup of gin, 1 cup of Campari, and 1 cup of sweet vermouth using a jigger.

Mix the ingredients
Add the measured gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth into the mixing glass filled with ice. Stir gently for about 30 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.

Strain into the glass
Remove the ice from the chilled rocks glass and strain the mixed cocktail into the glass using a strainer.
