Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse all seafood under cold water. Pat dry the fish fillet, shrimp, and octopus. Set aside.

Make the Broth
In a large pot, add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. Add the mussels and cook until they open. Remove from pot and set aside, reserving the broth.

Steaming the Fish
In a large steaming basket, arrange the fish fillet at the bottom. Layer the crab, shrimp, and octopus on top. Pour in reserved mussel broth to steam and add salt and pepper to taste.

Steam
Cover and steam the seafood mixture over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily and the shrimp turn pink.

Serve
Carefully remove the steaming basket. Serve the sudado especial hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
