Marinate the Fish
Pour the lime juice over the fish, ensuring all pieces are fully submerged. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, until the fish is opaque.

Prepare Yucca
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Peel and cut the yucca into chunks. Boil until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Serve
Serve the ceviche chilled, alongside the boiled yucca and topped with toasted corn nuts.
