1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
2. Prepare the Dough
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Add the Base
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
4. Add the Garlic and Oils
Drizzle the olive oil over the sauce and sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the top.
5. Layer the Cheese
Sprinkle the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and the four cheese blend over the sauce.
6. Add Fresh Mozzarella
Place the sliced fresh mozzarella evenly over the cheese layer.
7. Top with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil
Arrange the sliced fresh tomatoes on top of the mozzarella and add fresh basil leaves.
8. Bake the Pizza
Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the pizza stone) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
9. Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it, and serve hot.
