Chicken Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix truffle honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the half chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Roast the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet and roast for about 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the trofie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in milk, then add the cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Mix in the cooked trofie pasta and salt, stirring to combine.
