Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cooked spinach, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into two circles, about 10 inches in diameter.

Fill the Calzones
Place half of the filling on one half of each dough circle, leaving a border around the edge. Fold the other half over to create a pocket and press the edges to seal.

Brush with Olive Oil
Place the calzones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
