Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation of Chicken
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and gently pound to an even thickness.
- 2
Assemble the Chicken
Lay 2 slices of prosciutto and 3 sage leaves on each chicken breast. Secure them with toothpicks if necessary.
- 3
Sear the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove and set aside.

Make the Marsala Demi Glaze
In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until browned. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Bring to a simmer and let reduce for about 10 minutes until sauce thickens.
