Seafood and Pasta

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, calamari, and lobster tail. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3

Add Wine and Marinara

Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the clams and mussels have opened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the marinara sauce and season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

4

Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the seafood and sauce. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.

5

Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
